Prize Description
WIN a Two Night Scottish Country Escape for Two at Friars Carse Estate!
Two whole nights of peace, scenery and Scottish charm. We're sending one lucky winner and their guest on a two night escape to the Friars Carse Estate, a gorgeous country house retreat in the heart of Dumfries and Galloway.
A hidden Scottish gem
Set in acres of private grounds on the banks of the River Nith, Friars Carse is everything a country escape should be. A handsome historic mansion, woodland walks from the front door, and the kind of deep, green quiet you just can't find at home. This corner of Scotland even has literary pedigree, with Robert Burns himself once a regular on the estate.
Picture it
Two lazy days built entirely around doing as much or as little as you like. Riverside strolls, whisky by the fire, hearty dinners and long lie ins. Explore the beautiful surrounding countryside, roam the estate grounds, or just claim an armchair with a view and refuse to move. With two nights, there's no rushing anything.
Made for switching off
No city noise, no schedules, no signal-checking. Just you, your favourite person and a proper dose of Scottish countryside. It's the kind of break you come home from feeling like a new human.
